My wife and I have purchased two Audi vehicles from Monica Tate and have been extremely satisfied with the customer experience. 

We recently had a recurring maintenance issue on our 2007 A3 that we were having difficulty getting resolved at the dealer where we were staying.  I contacted Monica for some assistance, and even though there isn't a lot your dealership could do in that situation, she put me in contact with your corporate service manager who brought in two of his technicians on a conference call with me to discuss the problem.  Everyone we have dealt with on your staff since we bought our first vhicle has been extremely customer oriented and I applaud them all.   It's very refreshing to see.  That is why we are repeat customers and why we would recommend Bluegrass to anyone looking for a quality dealership and customer experience.

I haven’t met you personally but I have been into the dealership several times with warranty service for my Audi TT.
 
I was there again yesterday (12/19/2007) having the sway bar that was ordered replaced.
 
I tried to see you but you were not available at the time.
 
I wanted to let you know of the exceptional service I received and have always received each time I have come in for service.  Bob and Tom are both great.  They always go well beyond my normal expectations to take care of me in a most courteous and professional manner.  I have been buying and driving cars for forty years from different dealerships but never have I received the level of service that Bob and Tom provide.  They both are certainly keepers for your organization and deserve an “Atta Boy” for the quality of service and image they provide for your company.
 
I’m sure you realize all of this but I felt compelled to let some one know how professionally they take care of customers.

Subject:  Overall Experience

I have had my Audi for about a year and a half now, and this is the first purchase I've made at Bluegrass Automotive. It seems that everyone at the company, from the president to the sales staff to the service managers and workers, has gone out of their way to ensure I have a great experience in buying and maintaining my car. Every time I come in for service, I am warmly greeted by everyone there, and am confident that I'm being taken care of to the best of the staff's ability. 

On numerous occasions, the staff has helped me out with things that one wouldn't normally expect from a dealership. They always make sure I have a loaner when I have to leave my car, and have even helped me out with car rentals on other occasions, streamlining the process for me so that I am not inconvenienced. I am truly grateful for the excellent service they have provided to me over the past 18 months, and am so glad to have this team as an asset to me. Jim Haynes, Teague Delong, and Bob Grider have all been especially helpful to me on too many occasions to count, and they deserve recognition taking customer service to the next level.  a

So, thanks to all of the team at Bluegrass Audi for making my experience a great one. The high quality automotive craftsmanship is what drew me to Audi in the first place, and the high level of customer-oriented service is what will keep me coming back.
