Woodie is a Certified Audi Brand Specialist at Blue Grass Audi since he started in 2006. His automotive background differs from most as a longtime ambassador for the Audi Brand. He is president of the local chapter of the Audi Club of North America. He is also a driving instructor, teaching men and woman the superior dynamics exhibited by Audi cars on the racetrack.
Woodie has over 20 years of experience in both sales and sales management in the watch business. He knows the importance of customer satisfaction and the level of commitment Bluegrass Audi delivers is the highest in the industry.

Stephen Bayers has been a sales consultant at Blue Grass Motorsport since March of 2005. Originally a sales consultant at Blue Grass Saab, Stephen is now located in the showroom of Blue Grass Audi as an Audi Brand Specialist. Stephen maintains an ongoing relationship with his clients at Saab, and looks forward with anticipation to the new direction charted for the Saab brand. He is excited now to have the opportunity to expand his attention to the Audi lineup, and looks forward to seeing many familiar faces in his new position.
Stephen is a former Math and Science teacher, and has additional background in Modern languages, Literature, Art History and Philosophy. He is a former President and Chairman of the Board of the Louisville Astronomical Society, and enjoys composing music, writing and hiking. He has spent a good deal of effort in animal rescue work, and lives in St. Matthews with his beloved cats and birds.
Stephen traces his love of motorsport to that time he spent following the European racing circuits as a boy, and to the racing culture he witnessed at first hand later while in France. He has steeped himself in the racing history of Saab and of Audi, and the passion that the proponents of these brands have always had for cutting-edge safety, technological development and innovative design. He is excited about the advances that Audi is making currently in this regard, and enjoys informing his clients of the newest developments and the many interesting aspects of the Audi line.

Mark is an Audi Brand Certified Sales Manager. He oversees the day to day business of the Blue Grass Audi sales department and works with a staff of dedicated Audi Brand Specialists. Mark has been in the automobile business for 28 years and has been with Blue Grass Motorsport since 2000. He actually started his automobile career with Audi in 1980. He has also worked with Lamborghini, Maserati, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. His sales philosophy is relationship based and he understands and believes in the need to deliver a personalized experience to his clients.

Carl is a Certified Audi Brand Specialist. He is a recent addition to the Blue Grass Motorsport family. However, Carl is a genuine Audi enthusiast having driven Audis purchased from Blue Grass Audi for the past 10 years since moving back from New York.
While his background has been in equine management, being a Louisville, Ky. native, his understanding of customer service and maintaining a client relationship is what Carl believes makes the Blue Grass family the best in the business. His motto is “We treat people like family at Blue Grass.”

Teague Delong is an Audi Brand Specialist and fairly new to the Blue Grass Team. Coming with a background of providing a high level of customer service he is very well suited to the job. Teague is also well traveled and has spent time in New York as well as Osaka, Japan where he taught English.
Teague believes the Audi brand itself makes the sale for it is the greatest German car built! He also believes the excellent customer service throughout ownership will create a relationship of trust and confidence with his customers.
